Our Faithful Citizenship/Life Matters Committee is a group of parishioners who work to offer opportunities for our parish to show its concern and respect for all human life at all stages.
The Life Matters Committee provides support to the disadvantaged, elderly, and those in need through outreach activities, researching current topics and laws relating to the respect of life, and praying for respect life issues. This Committee organizes parish-wide prayer events and prepares educational materials for the parish.

January 3 - Queen of Heaven: Stand by our seminarians preparing for priesthood.
January 4 - Immaculate Mary: Guide Bishop Libasci in leading our diocese.
January 5 - Our Lady of Grace: Guide all who work for migration & refugees.
January 6 - Madonna of Tears: Bring healing to parents who ended their pregnancy.
January 7 - Queen of Peace: Rouse all politicians to defend life.
January 8 - Mother of Miracles: Protect our men & women in the military.
January 9 - Mother Mary: Assist families in financial distress.
January 10 - Loving Mother: End human trafficking of children.
January 11 - Queen of Heaven: Give peace to those troubled by conflict in the world.
January 12 - Our Lady of Lourdes: Comfort our elderly in their daily struggle.
January 13 - Mother of God: Inspire pregnant women with your motherly love.
January 14 - Mary my Mother: Cradle those dying of a terminal illness.
January 15 - Holy Mother: Bring an end to animal cruelty.
January 16 - Sweetest Mother: Stop wrongful research on human embryos.
January 17 - Queen of Martyrs: Comfort the victims of violent crimes.
January 18 - Our Lady of Mercy: Bring hope to those who suffer from mental illness.
January 19 - Holy Mary: Heal your children imprisoned by addictions.
January 20 - Dearest Mother: Lead our Faith Formation students closer to Jesus.
January 21 - Queen of Angels: Bless & reward Fr. Paul & Deacon John.
January 22 - Mother most Charitable: Attend to the homebound in their loneliness.
January 23 - Mother of Sorrow: Assist caregivers as they comfort the sick.
January 24 - Mother of Consolation: Teach forgiveness to those burdened with anger.
January 25 - Our Lady of Hope: Shelter the homeless.
January 26 - Queen of Confessors: Uphold all who live & teach the Gospel of Life.
January 27 - Mother of Wisdom: Sustain those who are single in periods of loneliness.
January 28 - Mother of Comfort: Hear the cry of those who live with chronic pain.
January 29 - Blessed Mother: Cradle the unborn & bring them into being.
January 30 - Blessed Mary: Motivate all medical professionals with respect for life.
January 31 - Mother of Comfort: Comfort those who mourn the loss of a loved one.
